PICAS – Save The Date – Event Nov 28th

Are you a community organisation, community artist or interested in developing intercultural projects?

If so, then this PICAS event may well be of interest to you. PICAS will be holding an event at the Ulster Hall on 28th November 2013 to promote the PICAS programme and its possibilities and to create a space for networking.

PICAS is the Programme for InterCultural Arts Support, a new CAP programme offering a range of opportunities to support the delivery of key areas of the Arts Council Intercultural Arts Strategy. The Purpose of the programme is to encourage and foster initiatives in the intercultural arts arena.  This two year programme has been designed to assist communities and individuals, artists and activists to support the Intercultural Arts Strategy.
