ArtLinks provides professional development opportunities and supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in the four partner local authority areas in the South East region. Bursaries are available in the following areas: Emerging Artist Award (for those commencing a career in the arts sector) – Professional Development Award (for professional artists) – Collaborative Award (for collaborative projects between ArtLinks members)
