This bursary initiative is designed to assist young musicians in the Tipperary administrative area to fulfil their music potential in line with the Arts Strategy for the county. The purpose of this bursary is to provide young musician/composers/singers in the Tipperary area with greater access to instrumentation and musical tuition.
