The Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon are working together to encourage arts organisations and individuals to extend tours across the border. Applications are invited for proposals seeking funding in support of initiatives that are of high artistic quality and that generally have a strong audience focus.
