The Carlow Creative Ireland Team will support arts, crafts, music, literary, heritage and cultural groups, communities, public spaces, schools and clubs from across the county who are interested in developing a creative Samhain (Halloween) Community Event, funded through a new Creative Ireland grant scheme.
