These grants are for the Amateur/Voluntary strata and would include Amateur Drama Organisations, Choirs, Marching Bands, Amateur Visual Arts Cooperatives, Volunteer Concert providers, Amateur Writing Groups etc. These grants are for specific artistic projects to bring them into the public domain.
