The objective of this scheme is to encourage international mobility and opportunities for Limerick artists and creative practitioners who wish to: Pursue professional opportunities, tour work, develop collaborative relationships and projects, network or attend training opportunities which support the development of their practice and provide for knowledge transfer within the cultural sector.
