Meet and Greet Volunteers – Volunteers required

To assist at the Global Youth Peace Summit 2017

Up to 8 volunteers are required who would be willing to:

  • meet the international guests when they arrive on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th March
  • meet with guests on Monday 6th before they leave for their day – 10am
  • meet with guests as they return from their day on the 6th, 7th and 8th – about 9.30pm
  • meet and greet volunteers are welcome to attend the International Women’s Day Concert on the 8th in Duncairn Arts Centre, Belfast.

Volunteers should be open and welcoming ensuring that the guests have a friendly face to welcome them either before the leave in the morning or when they come back after a busy day. 2-3 volunteers per day would be welcome.

Volunteers with language skills – Spanish, French and Arabic most welcome. Conversational level acceptable.
Guests are staying at the Ibis Hotel, Castle Street, Belfast.

Minimum 2 hours per day
