Board Members

CCA are seeking to invite new members to join its Board of Directors. Board membership requires a commitment to monthly board meetings, participation in sub-committees when necessary and occasional representation on behalf of the gallery, if required. Attendance at gallery events is encouraged.

CCA board membership is both challenging and rewarding. Board members contribute their own specialist skills to ensure good governance, strategic development and the financial sustainability of CCA. They also have the opportunity to gain new skills and enjoy the privilege of being part of an exciting, innovative contemporary art gallery in the process.

CCA has a strong international profile and a mission to support emerging Northern Irish artists and engage citizens of all ages and diverse backgrounds in an inspirational exhibition programme, public programme, and education and outreach programme of projects and workshops

CCA is inviting candidates with an interest in contemporary art practice. The Board is made up of artists, arts professionals and those with expertise in business, law, accountancy, financial management, events management, and fundraising. Board members require good interpersonal & communication skills to assist in the smooth running of the board and to act as advocates for CCA.

They are currently seeking new board members with skills in business, accountancy and financial management to complement the existing skills set of the Board.

CCA is a not-for-profit organisation and the role of director on the board is a voluntary one.

Please send an expression of interest and CV to board@cca-derry-londonderry.org
