Elixir Live Hip-Hop Showcase – 28 Sept

High Focus records artist and all round huge figure in UK hip-hop as a member of Dead Players, Contact Play and in his own right, Jam Baxter finally makes his way to Belfast with DJ Sammy B-Side.

In true Elixir style they have not skimped on the rest of the lineup either with heavyweights top to bottom including local staples Steve Loc & DurtyDevz being joined by Dublin duo Don Kobz & Alfie South.

In a step up from our famous open mic sessions, Elixer present a competitive edition where the MC judged to have performed the best will be joining the lineup for the next instalment of Elixir before the end of the year.

Lyrical mastermind Arcane Soakes is on host duty and will be chipping in a track or two and we round off with a returning DJ Koncept fresh off being crowned UK DMC Vice champion & our ever present Militant Vinylist

As this show is a late opener at 11pm, everyone has been invited to join the city’s long running FAUX DJs at their residency next door in The Marcus Ward from 9pm where they will be providing Funk, Soul & some hip-hop.

Tickets are £10 on the door and Elixer will be doing a limited run of advance tickets online for £8, which will go live next week.

There’s also a chance to win a pair of tickets by joining the event page and sharing the flyer found within!
