King Kong Company (Black Box, Saturday January 5, £16) – The ultimate festival band bring their amazing live show to Out to Lunch having slayed audiences at Electric Picnic, Body & Soul and countless other summer festivals.

Stories of the She Punks (Green Room, Sunday January 13, £5). A much-praised documentary featuring the stories of women musicians from the punk-inspired bands of the 70s and their DIY approach to learning and playing their instruments.

Anthony Toner & Frank Ormsby (Black Box, Tuesday January 15, £8) – The poet and the songwriter with their beautiful show The Kiss of Light and Other Illuminations – a unique paring of poetry songs and stories.

Kathryn Joseph + Brona McVittie support (Black Box, Sunday January 20, £10) – The amazing Scottish Album of the Year winner Kathryn Joseph with spell-binding new album From When I Wake The Want Is.
