The Arts Service of Ards and North Down Borough Council currently have Arts Funding streams open for application as well as the Heritage Grant.
If you are a community group, special interest group, charitable organisation, an individual artist or a young artist, don’t miss out on this opportunity to access funding for arts-related activities and projects
Arts Project Funding – available to arts, community and special interest groups throughout the Ards and North Down Borough area who wish to enhance existing and undertake new community arts activities. Application deadline is Friday 15 February at 12noon. A maximum grant of £1,000 is available.
Speaking about the Arts Grants, Community Arts Development Officer Amy McKelvey said: – “The arts grants have created many opportunities for local groups and individuals to participate in arts activities, developing skills and creativity throughout the Borough. The applications are straight-forward and we are available to discuss ideas and projects, so please get in touch if you are considering applying.”
Heather McGuicken, North Down Museum Manager said about the Heritage Grant; “We are so pleased to offer this grant once again. It will have a big impact on the work of many of our local history and heritage groups and enable them to make local stories more accessible to a wider audience.”
