The three locations and specific dates are detailed below.

  • Location 1: Costa Coffee (Upstairs) Castle Place
  • Location 2: Café Nero (Upstairs) Fountain Street
  • Location 3: Clements Café Rosemary Street

Dates: Monday 18th – Friday 22nd February

The timings will depend upon the specific type of entertainment offered.

Contract Requirements

The Cathedral Quarter Trust is looking for a nice mix of entertainment from performance, storytelling, participative arts and crafts workshops and super – imaginative ideas like a pop up children’s theatre or pop up circus.

The Budget for each location is £3000 for the week which must include all costs including boring things like stewarding, insurance etc. All of the events will be offered free to the public but if the events need to be ticketed CQT can assist with that via Eventbrite.

Organisations can submit ideas for one, two or all three locations. It is recommended that you visit the venues in advance to familiarise yourself with the available space and facilities.
