This new role will be part of the Regional Consultancy Team reporting to the Regional Visitor Experience Consultant. Working in collaboration with our teams and partners, you will support the delivering of projects and programmes that enhance visitor experience, deepen the connection to our stories and places, and increase relevance for local communities. You will inspire new thinking and a creative approach to how we present our places, spaces and stories.

What you’ll be doing
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering new innovative experiences and curation at National Trust places across Northern Ireland. We are ambitious about delivering outstanding visitor experiences that connect people with our places in creative and innovative ways.
We have already started to make good progress than in this area; Artificial Sunshine neon light installation at The Argory, Mount Stewart Conversations Festival, Pages of the Sea, seasonal programming at Rowallane Garden and Castle Ward but there are so many more opportunities to unlock and explore. We are therefore seeking a creative individual to support the delivery of projects that underpin this inventive approach.
Who we’re looking for
In this role, you will help inspire, support and deliver projects in collaboration with our teams that enhance experiences, and deliver relevancy for new and existing audiences. You will help deliver existing projects as well as identify and support the delivery of new projects. You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. This role will support properties to identify and work with relevant partners across the cultural, heritage and arts sector to deliver innovative and creative experiences at our places.
