This half-day workshop looks at best practice and at the realities of arts charity governance.

We’ll take a thorough look at the compliance requirements of being on a Board, covering roles and responsibilities plus managerial, legal and financial duties. But that’s only half of the picture!

We’ll also discuss organisational performance, business models, income streams and what makes a Board/Board Member effective.
