Dance First Think Later – through Sept, Oct

Experience a different and beneficial lunchtime break. The aim is to relax your mind, gently exercise your body and put a smile on your face.

Ashley Ray, an experienced Irish Set and French Bal Folk dancer, will offer weekly tuition in Irish and French traditional group and couple dances.

Ashley will teach at most two simple dances each week and time permitting, an opportunity to repeat at subsequent classes. No experience, nor partner, needed, just wear comfortable shoes and clothes. To book contact Ashley on T: 028 4484 1444 or text 077 3672 7001
