An all time classic, with this screening being dementia friendly and aimed at older people and older peoples groups. Our Cine Together programme continues with a film to lift your hearts and chase away those January blues! Set during the turbulent period when Hollywood was converting from silent films to sound. Singin’ in the Rain’ is a perfect example of everything that is good and right about movie-making. Gene Kelly in his greatest role is an all singing, all dancing sensation and Debbie Reynolds as his feisty love interest, and some of the best loved songs ever written for a movie.
