What do you want to make space for in your life? How can we occupy space? Talk, listen and discuss Space.

Making Space invites artists of all disciplines and the public to the second iteration of open discussions on how collectively we would like to use this new exciting art space within Bow Street Mall, Lisburn. How can this space be utilised to bridge the gap between art and public accessibility?

Art events, residencies, workshops, activities, etc. Making Space wants your suggestions and ideas brought to the table.

This discussion will be focused on how we can bring these ideas to realisation. Everyone is welcome to join us for a cup of tea and begin the discussion.

Making Space is an artist initiative taking over a shopping unit within Bow Street Mall, Lisburn. It is a space for all, we are continuously seeking creatives and the local community of Lisburn for their suggestions for the space.

  • Making Space is located beside Costa, Bow Street Mall Lisburn. The space is a 5-minute walk from Lisburn train station
  • There will be a two cars going from Flax Studios in Belfast at 2.15pm on Friday 13th, if you need transport please contact the Making Space email above and we arrange transport to and from Lisburn.
