Stephaine Gaumond returns with her second online drawing session. This time, she will focus on everyday objects for inspiration, using doodling as a mindfulness tool. There has been extensive research into how drawing can support health and wellbeing and in recent years we have seen an increase in people engaging in the activity, from adult colouring books to mindful drawing classes. Check out this link at Big Think which looks at the importance of drawing and doodling for our brains – and why don’t you download some of these great free downloadable images that you can colour in!
