“A Silent War” is a collaborative response to the Covid-19 pandemic. It involves the voices of an array of poets from this island including Pat Boran, Keith Payne, Enda Wylie, Nessa O’Mahony, Mel McMahon and others. They are reading poems that were written by Ross Thompson looking at various aspects of the crisis through the prism of war poetry.
The project aims to raise funds for Cruse Bereavement Care, an organisation which offers counselling and support to children, young people and adults, giving them the tools to work through their grief. See the details at the links below.
