“Embracing Human Rights: Conflict Textiles Journey” Virtual Exhibition Tour – 30 June

As part of Causeway Coast and Glen’s Borough Council’s Good Relations Programme, we are delighted to invite you to an innovative virtual tour of the “Embracing Human Rights: Conflict Textiles Journey” in collaboration with Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre and Conflict Textiles Curator Roberta Bacic.

“Embracing Human Rights: Conflict Textiles’ journey” invites you to explore human rights through the tactile medium of textiles. Quilts and arpilleras from around the world, created in different decades will prompt you to reflect on the impact of, and response to, human rights violations and how can we embed a culture of human rights.

The virtual tour will take place on Tuesday 30th June 2020 @11am  via zoom and is open to all.

If you would like to attend this virtual tour with us please contact Patricia.Harkin@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk by 4pm on Monday 29th June and you will obtain the link for this tour.
