Catalyst Arts wants to borrow your books!

We are looking for contributions to The Library of Common Knowledge as part of our upcoming exhibition Common or Garden which runs from 29 October – 4 December 2020 in Catalyst Arts Gallery, Belfast.

The Library of Common Knowledge is a temporary library of donated books which aims to be a space to collectively share knowledge and ideas. Using the gallery as a site for learning and exchange, books will be available for visitors to enjoy throughout the exhibition.

Books are welcomed on topics such as: activism, art, architecture, the commons, food, gardening, collective action, architecture, urban planning and much more. Please share your favourites with us!

If you’re interested in participating, books can be dropped or posted to: Catalyst Arts, 5 College Court, Belfast, BT1 6BS. The deadline for drop-off is Monday 12 October. Please include your name and contact details.

Books will be available for collection from the gallery on Monday 7 December, or return postage can be arranged.
