Platform Arts has recently moved to its new premises and has a range of studios available for rent.
Studios available:
- 46.6 sq ft – £60 per month
- 112.6 sq ft – £70 pm
- 118.5 sq ft – £75 pm
- 119.2 sq ft – £80 pm
- 121.4 sq ft – £90 pm
We also have communal studio spaces available at £50 per month per table.
Due to Platform’s new location in Connswater Shopping Centre (map) the studios can only be entered between Connswaters opening times:
- Monday-Friday, 9.00am-9.00pm
- Saturday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Sunday, 1.00-5.00pm
There may be an option for arriving earlier or staying later but this would have to be taken up with security.
The rooms available were previous office spaces. As it is part of the shopping centre it is well heated, on the ground floor, with good toilet facilities and a kitchen area. There is free/cheap parking outside and Glider stops nearby.
If you do decide you would like to become a studio member at Platform, email us with the subject line ‘Platform Arts Studio Member’, this email should include:
- A Current CV
- Short Artist Statement including any relevant websites or video links
- Up to six images of recent work in jpeg format no bigger than 1000px at 72dpi
- Your preferred studio space (second and third choices would be appreciated)
