Webinar: Helen McKenna – ‘The Income Spectrum – Exploring the Options’ – 11 Nov

At a time where income stability has never been more important, Arts & Business NI invites arts organisations to look at more strategic approaches to achieving financial security, diversifying their funding, and achieving their mission. Guest host Helen McKenna will use the income spectrum model to increase understanding of income options and help arts organisations to make stronger funding decisions.

Before taking up a full-time lecturing post at Ulster University Business School, Helen worked as a consultant for 20 years specialising in financial and business planning for third sector organisations. Helen is Vice Chair on the Board of Assistance Dogs Northern Ireland and a key part of her role is the ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisation.

Arts & Business NI have worked with Helen on a number of projects, most notably the ‘Creating Futures’ strategic development programme in 2019. The team are delighted to welcome her back to share her extensive knowledge and experience.
