Tangible Selves at PS² – 12 to 28 Nov

Tangible Selves aims to recognise different methods of creating a thoughtful self-portrait. Moving away from the traditional face, head and shoulders or selfie image, group members explored different methods and materials to create art work that creates alternative representations of themselves. Tangible Selves will explored how different materials and objects can be recognised as proxies that trigger memories and recollection and help us evolve how we think about ourselves.

The work-process and outcomes of this project will be shown between 12 – 28 November 2020 in PS² and online.

Moon Base is a Black Box project for and by people with learning disabilities that runs weekly arts-based activities that support self expression and social interaction in a positive safe environment
