In these shifting and untethered times, you are invited to come engage in a series of simple and proven practises in creative mindfulness to feel better, resource yourself for what your days might hold and replenish what may have been lost.
In these sessions, you will experience mindfulness and relaxation techniques, combined with drawing and self-expression. You will not be asked to share any of your drawings and participants do not have to have your video feature on – these sessions are to help you relax and self-reflect in an informal and friendly environment.
