Little did anyone know that when the ‘curtain fell’ on BCF20 that it would be the last major event in the city of Belfast before Covid-19 closed down schools, theatres and shops and sent us all home and online!
What a year 2020 was! Everyone had to quickly learn to work differently, and that continues.
BCF21 will be a little different this year, but one thing remains constant: it is jam-packed with exceptional creative experiences for children, young people and the adults in their lives. And this year that is vital, as we believe arts & creativity is needed more now than ever before.
Although this year everyone will come together and play a little differently you can trust us to still bring you the very best performances, interactive events, and exhibitions.
