Since 2004 thrive has been supporting arts, heritage and cultural organisations across Northern Ireland to build relationships. Helping to strengthen relationships with their audiences, visitors, participants and the public. We offer a range of products and services that help organisations get the insight they need and the support to make people-led change.

The organisation’s change programme is realising real benefits for the sector and thrive’s track record is a strong one in terms of delivery, credibility and impact. But we want to do more.

Thrive is  looking for our next CEO to lead our next stage of development.
