URBAN 2021 Photo Awards – Call out for Photographs – New Deadline – closing 13 June

URBAN Photo Awards 2021 new deadline – submissions open until June 13th – You can submit 1 photo for FREE until May 31st!

Due to the high number of submissions and requests received, UPA have decided to postpone the end of URBAN Photo Awards to Sunday 13 June 2021 at 11.59 pm CET. There are therefore two more weeks to submit photos, portfolios and books to the 12th edition of the contest!

To enter, just register in the URBAN user area and follow the procedure for the desired section(s). You can submit 1 photo for free until May 31st!

Keep in mind that you can submit Single Pictures (4 thematic areas: Streets, People, Spaces, Creative), Projects & Portfolio (sequences of images that share a common element, projects, series, “stories” narrated through the photographs, etc.), and Books (projects extended beyond 12 photos, in pdf format or image sequences).

Works will be voted by a prestigious international Jury chaired by 3 living legends of photography:

  1. Bruce Gilden (Magnum Photos), the President of the Jury, will personally choose the Winner of the Single Photo section and will select the projects for the volume of the “Bruce Gilden Special Prize”.
  2. Paolo Pellegrin (Magnum Photos) will choose the Winner of the Projects & Portfolio section.
  3. Francesco Cito will choose the winner of the URBAN Book Award section.

URBAN Photo Awards 2021 in pills:
