Glass of Thrones Walking Tour – 3 July

Relive the legacy of Game of Thrones on this interactive Glass of Thrones walking tour!

Led by Andrew McClay, die-hard fan and Game of Thrones extra, you will not only discover the stories captured in each of the windows, but Andrew will also recount his experiences on set and reveal some behind the scenes stories.

Starting outside the AC Hotel Belfast, you will see the first of a collection of six beautifully crafted stained-glass window installations which tell the story of Game of Thrones. Hand stained by local artists, each window depicts iconic scenes from the world of Westeros from White Walkers to bloodied daggers, rivalling Queens to fearsome battles. Join our celebration of 10 years of filming of the biggest TV show in the world right here in Northern Ireland! The tour will finish at the newly established Titanic Distillers at Titanic’s Dock & Pump-House, where you will be one of the first to taste the new Titanic Distillery Irish Whiskey!

Andrew McClay, Tour Guide – Better known in the world of Westeros as Ser Aberdolf Strongbeard, Andrew McClay is an expert on all things Ice, fire and GOT. Having fought those dastardly Boltons, the Undead masses of the Night King’s Army and declawed the Lion of House Lannister there is no better soldier to tour the Glass of Thrones windows within Belfast.
