Salary: £13,995
Hours per week: 17.50

Provision of administrative support services, working as part of a team of staff and volunteers 17.5 hours per week Duration of contract: 3 years Salary £13995 per annum pension contribution 5%

Training Programme Support

  • liaise closely with staff and provide support in ensuring requirements set by internal and external bodies are met
  • maintain, develop and update records, files & quality assurance documentation
  • record, monitor & maintain database and mailing lists
  • develop systems to support maintenance of above, as required
  • register candidates with external bodies, ensuring course participants have provided all relevant information
  • assist with invoicing and receiving payments
  • liaise with accredited centres / bodies
  • prepare and issue routine correspondence to course
  • book training rooms, ensure facilities are kept tidy and resourced and provide hospitality for training events
  • provide general administrative support for the project
