Replay Theatre Company is seeking to employ an Evaluation and Research Officer

The Evaluation and Research Officer is responsible for evaluating the work of Replay Theatre Company for quality and effectiveness of practice.  The post holder will also assist with the dissemination of the evidence of both the quality and effectiveness of the organisation’s artistic practice with various stakeholders across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Company is particularly keen to place the artistic practice outlined in the recently published “Replay Model” document within the wider national and international Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) context.

Replay Theatre Company has, over the past 3 years, developed evaluation tools and are seeking an individual to assist the company with the application of these tools across all of the company’s work.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in evaluative practice and with a research background.

This post is supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation for a fixed term of 2 ½ years.
