Launching on 1st November, this programme offers small scale capital grants of between £1,000 and £10,000 to voluntary and community groups, clubs and associations and schools to create sustainable, safe and green environments in local areas.
Project ideas need to be developed and shaped by local people and communities must be involved in the project throughout.
