Zoe States “The artworks that will be showcased will give an insight on what I experience. The Psychiatric notes on display are from across a period of time and will accompany the images to give an insight on what I experience. They show the clinical side of my disorder, whereas the images show how I feel, letting out my emotions as a coping mechanism for the illness, making the invisible visible.”

Jill McDermott – Coordinator of Arts for All said “I would encourage people of all ages to visit the exhibition as it highlights Dilworth’s mental health journey in a visual way, which others may relate to. It can be difficult to articulate what mental ill-health can feel like, and this
exhibition will help people in discovering and understanding what others may be going through.”
