Children’s’ Counsellors, Art Therapists, Play Therapists, Music Therapists – closing 16 Dec

Salary: £25 per hour Hours per week: 5 – 20

Jigsaw Counselling invite expressions of interest from counsellors and therapists for sessional work in schools. Due to recent expansion of its schools counselling service in Belfast, Antrim and North Down Jigsaw seek to recruit additional therapists on a sessional basis to join its schools counselling team working with children and young people.

Criteria

  • A professional qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy to at least diploma level or equivalent.
  • Accredited or intending to work towards accreditation with BACP, HCPC or relevant ethical body
  • One years experience of working with children and young people in a formal setting

Jigsaw Counselling works with children, young people and vulnerable adults, therefore all employees are subject to an Enhanced Access NI check. Access NI has a Code of Practice which is available to all applicants upon request. A criminal conviction will not necessarily prevent you from working for Jigsaw Counselling, a copy of our policy on the recruitment of ex-offenders is available in our office.
