Visitor Experience Team – closing 20 Jan

Would you like to be the face of The Playhouse? Join our dynamic team and help us deliver our world leading programme of events, shows, workshops, classes and conferences.

Duties include:

  • taking theatre bookings and producing. box office reports using a computerised Box Office System
  • answering calls
  • handling cash
  • keeping event displays up-to-date
  • general administration
  • dealing with the general public.
  • helping Playhouse staff and visiting companies with room-setup, technical support, cleaning etc.

The work is offered on a casual basis and will involve weekends and evenings. It is essential that you have excellent time keeping, and have customer care experience and basic computer skills. Full training will be provided.
