Mud Ireland are looking for a Studio Assistant and a Content Creator to join their team. Studio Assistant:

We are looking for a self driven individual to join our production team, their main role is to assist the potter, prepare their clay and in general make sure that they are functioning at full capacity. This person will be responsible for maintaining the studio and finishing off pottery. The successful applicant will receive training in various pottery techniques, as well as having access to the studio on other week days, should they wish to practice on the potter’s wheel in preparation to become a full-time potter in the future.

Hours: 15 Hours Per Week, Working 9-5 Tuesday and Wednesday each week is also potential if desired for extra work at busy times including summer, the run up to Christmas and evenings / weekends.

Essential Criteria: The successful applicant must;

  • Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, and follow instruction.
  • Have good attention to detail and a self-driven work ethic.
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team and have strong communication skills.
  • Be creative and have the ability to work independently on their own initiative.
  • Have an interest in Ceramics, Art and Design.
  • Have a desire to develop pottery experience and skills.
  • Have the ability to sustain a quick pace of work throughout a physical working day.
