In this course participants will study ‘Riverscape Impressionist Painting- with a Twist!’ This 6 week course involves experimenting with colour and techniques to create a gorgeous riverscape scene. Under the guidance of professional artist, Ann Feely, you will be inspired and encouraged to develop your own sense of style. You’ll have fun whilst learning some fundamentals and techniques. You will also take home your finished painting on a 40x40cm canvas.
List of materials needed for this class:
- X1 A3 size 400 gsm paper pad suitable for acrylics. (or 350gsm) (any brand is fine)
- Winsor and newton Acrylic paints or Daler Rowney (60ml), colours needed listed below:
- X2 titanium white
- X1 cadmium Red medium
- X1 cadmium yellow medium
- X1 ultramarine blue
- X1 prussian blue hue
- X1 phthalo blue
- X1 sap green
- X1 powder blue
