The Ulster Orchestra is currently looking to fill a vacancy on the Board for someone who comes from an employment law background, with knowledge and experience of Equity Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources and/or Organisational Development.
The Board members work with management to formulate the Board’s strategy for discharging its statutory duties, to ensure that it fulfils the aims and objectives set out in its Articles of Association, its Business plan and its funding requirements.
The Board is also responsible for working with management to develop a strategy which focuses on the sustainability and growth of the Orchestra.
