‘Creative Journey: SW College Omagh Art & Design Students End of Year Show’ – to 27 May

‘Creative Journey’, an exciting exhibition of South West College Omagh student artwork, opened Monday 15 May in Strule Arts Centre.

This exciting exhibition highlights the talent of future creatives, as the students progress on to colleges and universities all over the UK. On display is a selection of work of BTEC Extended Diploma students’ work, as well as some fascinating prints from the recent evening classes in Darkroom Film Photography, taught by Dermot Harper.

The exhibition has been organised by Year Two Art and Design Practice students, whose theme is ‘Culture and Traditions’. Alongside the second year work, Year One Art and Design Practice students are presenting work on themes such as ‘Sustainability’ and ‘Journey’.
