Ulster University is delighted to once again host the artists of Ulster University’s MFA Photography programme in their final show. Alumni from the programme can be found among the emerging names in the visual arts, both at home and abroad. As a result, Else Time gives audiences an opportunity to see work from many of photography’s stars of the future and is a showcase of some of the finest up-and-coming talent in the visual arts today.
In keeping with our mission to support new and emerging artists from a wide range of backgrounds, Else Time features the work of 15 artists from the United Kingdom, Ireland and beyond. With both international and local elements, the exhibition showcases a broad range of approaches, subject matter and styles. This includes everything from portraiture, documentary street photography and landscape work, through to abstract & experimental pieces and the use of installation & sculpture.
Launching at Late Night Art on Thursday 1st June, Else Time runs until 24th June in our upstairs Gallery II & Studio Gallery spaces, with a series of Artist Talks planned during this time.
