MEtime in Nature Mandala installation – 20 to 30 Sept (extension)

Due to public demand, the MEtime in Nature Mandala installation at SARC has been extended to September 30th!

Take a breather at this multidisciplinary, meditative installation merging spoken word, music, visual art, soundscapes and videos to reconnect with the elements – earth, water, fire, air, space, light with spirit being the guide for each playful, perhaps provoking and potentially peaceful individual journey.

Go on self-guided journeys onsite at SARC, Sonic Arts Research Centre, until September 30th and/or join live performance and meditation sessions.

There are listening stations, large screen projection, VR headsets, a sandbox and visual art displays that align to the Virtual Installation containing an extensive gallery of soundscapes, poetry videos, spoken word and songs by Juanita Rea.

The hybrid MEtime in Nature Mandala installation seeks to facilitate a greater awareness of self and the natural environment with the aim of evoking an urgent responsibility to take mindful care of ourselves, and our planet.

For those wishing to have a hybrid experience there is a 2 step registration process.

1. Via Eventbrite https://bit.ly/metime-in-nature-mandala
