Working with our established venue team, reporting to the Venue Manager and Operations Manager, this dynamic role is perfect for a candidate who has a background in hospitality, has excellent customer service and people management skills, and enjoys working in a busy live events environment.
KEY DETAILS
Job Title: Venue Duty Manager
Location: The Black Box, 18-22 Hill Street, Belfast
Status: Part-Time, ranging from 15-30 hours per week
Salary: £13 per hour
Pension: Opt-In (NEST) after successfully completed probationary period
Annual Leave: 28 days pro rata
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a bar and or hospitality environment
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisor or people management role
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating tills & cash handling
- Ability to have a flexible working schedule & work to the requirements of the organisation.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience in event management & box office management
- Good working knowledge of the Belfast arts landscape
