Sounds Atypical – for d/Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent music communities – closing 17 Jan 2025

University of Atypical are delighted to officially open their brand new music grant ‘Sounds Atypical’ in partnership with Belfast City Council.

The grant is for d/Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent music communities to create music events and activities in spaces across Belfast.

This new initiative aims to develop, promote, and provide platforms for disabled musicians in performance spaces across the city. The fund is split into three grant tiers as follows:

2x £5000 grants
2x £3000 grants
2x £2000 grants

*An access pot is made available to successful applicants*

 

Applications opened on Monday 18 November 2024 and will close on Friday, 17 January 2025
