Creative Momentum – Taster and information session – 10 Feb

Creative Momentum is a project that combines stress management and creative arts to empower individuals and families beyond traumatic experiences.

Find out how healthbuilding and the transformative power of the arts gives participants access to the personal resources and support they need to cope and thrive.

Community Arts Partnership (CAP) is hosting a Taster session that will explain the background, context and content of Creative Momentum. It will outline how this Trauma Informed early intervention helps those who have experienced trauma and disruption to re-connect and feel at ease again.
