Taking Notice – Introduction to Nature Wellbeing through Outdoor Education – 22 Mar

‘Taking Notice’ is a nature wellbeing initiative, designed to support a connection to local nature through place-based learning and outdoor education. Join Field Studies Ireland to gain an insight into how you could use nature as a stimulating resource for wellbeing. Participants can expect a hands-on workshop with an exploration theme, 100% outdoors, with lot of discussion, activity ideas, and links to literature and evidence.

Participants should be adults and, in a position, to share the outdoors with others in the future, e.g. parents, community volunteers, youth workers, teachers etc.

Please arrive dressed for the weather, with plenty of warm and waterproof layers, wearing closed-toe footwear with ankle support.
