You are warmly invited to the launch of Still Somebody, a photography project by women experiencing homelessness.
The exhibition shows images made by the women during a series of workshops. The tour 2.30-4pm Wednesday will be a chance to hear their perspectives on working with photography to tell their stories.
Home is relevant to everyone – all are welcome!
This will be of particular interest to anyone exploring how art might change perceptions and build empathy, as well as people interested in community art and socially-engaged practice.
The exhibition continues here until 25th March.
And then will be on show at 2 Royal Avenue, 22nd-30th June during the Belfast Photo Festival
This project was led by Dr Clare Gallagher, Ulster University, and Cormac McArt, Westcourt Centre. It was supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council
