Young at Art is inviting quotations for services to refresh the look and experience of our Baby Rave event.
What to Include in Your Quotation:
- Please submit a quotation of no more than 2 A4 pages (minimum font size 10), which includes:
- What your creative approach to refreshing Baby Rave, including any collaborators;
- Evidence of your or your team’s relevant experience and capacity to deliver the project;
- A brief action plan showing how you’ll deliver the work by September 2025;
- A breakdown of how you would allocate the project budget (maximum of £4,000, inclusive of all materials, design and production costs, expenses, and VAT).
