A new and exciting chapter has begun for children and young people across Northern Ireland with the establishment of Creative Arts & Music, a charity dedicated to providing music education to all children and young people, ensuring equal access to meaningful musical opportunities. Recognising the transformative power of music, Creative Arts & Music aims to nurture talent, build confidence and create opportunities for self-expression.
Through workshops, lessons, community programmes and partnerships with schools and local organisations, Creative Arts & Music will facilitate the delivery of accessible, inclusive, engaging and high-quality music education. Providing the necessary skills to engage in meaningful musical activities, these sessions will support personal development, wellbeing and social connection.
Creative Arts & Music logo design competition
To celebrate the establishment of Creative Arts & Music, the charity is inviting children and young people to take part in a competition to design the charity logo. This is an exciting opportunity for young creatives to design the visual identity of the charity. Participants are encouraged to submit original designs that reflect the spirit of creativity, inclusivity and music.
The competition is open now, and entries are welcome from children and young people of all ages. The winning design will become the official logo for Creative Arts & Music, and the winner will receive recognition for their contribution to this new initiative.
Creative Arts & Music believes that creativity should be nurtured and celebrated, placing young people at the center of its work. From its music education programmes to this inaugural competition, the charity is setting the tone for a future where the arts are accessible to everyone.
As it begins its journey, Creative Arts & Music invites educators, communities and supporters across Northern Ireland to get involved, support the mission of the charity and help empower the next generation through music and the arts.
