The All-Ireland Confined Amateur Drama Finals 2026 – 9 to 18 Apr

The All-Ireland Confined Amateur Drama Finals 2026 will take place at The Patrician, Carrickmore from Thursday 9 April to Friday 17 April, with a Gala Awards Night on Saturday 18 April.

Nine leading amateur drama groups from across the island of Ireland will perform over ten nights, presenting a varied programme of Irish and international work.

Performances take place at 8 pm nightly.

  • Thursday 9 April – Upstage Players, Claremorris – The Year of the Hiker by John B. Keane
  • Friday 10 April – Sliabh Aughty Drama Group – The Outgoing Tide by Bruce Graham
  • Saturday 11 April – Tinahely Variety Group – Moonglow by Kim Carney
  • Sunday 12 April – Enniskillen Theatre Company – Doubt: A Parable by John Patrick Shanley
  • Monday 13 April – Gorey Little Theatre – Gut by Frances Poet
  • Tuesday 14 April – Clones Drama Group – The Playboy of the Western World by J.M. Synge
  • Wednesday 15 April – Bualadh Bos Drama Group – From Under the Bed by Seamus O’Rourke
  • Thursday 16 April – Glenamaddy Players – Chapatti by Christian O’Reilly
  • Friday 17 April – Memory Lane Theatre – Heaven by Eugene O’Brien

Saturday 18 April – Gala Awards Night
